What's with the title?

When we're kids - our parents always try to impart pieces of wisdom that will hopefully help mold us into intelligent, independent adults. And we, in turn, will impart pieces of wisdom onto our own kids. It's all part of the cycle of life.

A lot of people couldn't wait to see us as parents. They said it would be "fun to watch." Hopefully, it's fun to watch us being great parents, raising well-behaved kids and not us being crappy parents being overrun by a bunch of brats. I think it's the former...

This blog provides a glimpse into our lives as we navigate through parenthood and bring our kids along for the ride.

Don't forget to eat your peas - or your carrots, broccoli, green beans...any vegetable, really. Eat vegetables, they say. They'll make you grow up big and strong. That's as good of a piece of advice as any, so let's start there.
